2018 sees the Royal Air Force celebrate the 100th Anniversary of its formation in 1918.

Club Coins UK are proud to unveil the fifth coin in our RAF100 series. The series will contain 10 coins featuring some of the most loved and iconic aircraft from the history of the Royal Air Force, up to the present day. 

This coin is a nod to the current ‘sharp end’ of the RAF and also the future. Featured on the obverse is the Typhoon, the current fighter aircraft used by the RAF. The reverse shows the F-35 Lightning, an aircraft that is due to enter service in 2019 .
The coin measures 50mm (two inches) in diameter, weighs 55 grams and is supplied in a fitted presentation box with the specially designed RAF100 anniversary logo in silver on the lid inside and out.

    What a great way to celebrate the arrival of the F-35 Lightning II and a great start to your F-35 memorabilia collection, or if you enjoy the seeing Typhoon Display Team demonstrations or enjoy the Typhoon, then this is a must have for your collection.
    I bought one for our boys 13th Birthday as he is a massive F-35 fan, and it doesn’t disappoint. As with all the other coins I have bought from Club Coins, its rich colours and clean lines really do make the coin jump out at you. Another outstanding coin by Tom.
