GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. VALIDITY PERIOD

  • This certificate is valid for one year from the date of issue.
 

2. REDEMPTION

  • This Gift Voucher may be redeemed for any product or service offered by Runway25 at the prevailing price at the time of redemption.
  • This Gift Voucher can be redeemed for any item available at www.runway25.com or at any Runway25 stall subject to stock availability.
  • To redeem, simply show this certificate to a member of staff at a Runway25 stall or enter the code online at www.runway25.com when finalising your order.
 

3. NON-REFUNDABLE

  • This Gift Voucher cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
  • No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of this Gift Voucher’s value.
 

4. NON-TRANSFERABLE

  • Transfer or resale of this certificate is strictly prohibited.
 

5. LOST OR STOLEN CERTIFICATES

  • Runway25 is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers.
  • Replacement of lost or stolen Gift Vouchers is not possible.
  • Keep this Gift Voucher secure; it is not redeemable if lost or stolen, and no reissue will be provided.
 

6. REMAINING BALANCE

  • Any unused balance will not be returned or credited.
  • If the purchase value exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the remaining balance must be paid by another form of payment.
  • No cashback will be given if the purchase amount is less than the value of the Gift Voucher.
  • Should the total cost of your purchase exceed the Gift Voucher’s value, you will be required to cover the difference with an alternative payment method.
  • This Gift Voucher does not allow for a cash refund on any unused portion of its value.
 

7. EXCLUSIONS

  • This certificate cannot be used to purchase sale items or gift cards.
 

8. CANCELLATION

  • Runway25 reserves the right to cancel any Gift Voucher obtained fraudulently.
  • Runway25 reserve the right to cancel this certificate for any misuse or violation of terms.
  • Gift Vouchers may be voided by Runway25 if any alterations or unauthorised endorsements are detected.
 

9. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

  • Terms and conditions of this Gift Voucher are subject to change and are available on our website.
  • Please review www.runway25.com as the terms of this certificate may be revised without direct notification to holders.
  • Adjustments to the terms herein may occur, and continued use of this certificate constitutes acceptance of such changes.
