Duxford Battle of Britain Air Show takes place at the former RAF site that played a leading role in some of the most dramatic days in 20th century history, serving as a base for many of the Spitfire and Hurricane pilots during the Second World War.

Scale ModelWorld 2024
Scale ModelWorld is the largest fine scale model show in the world, and takes place over two days every November. It is organised and run by the International Plastic Modellers’ Society (UK), and uses the International Centre in Telford.

Tornado Tales Event
An evening in conversation with former Tornado aircrew,
Wg Cdr (Ret) Steve Dean and Flt Lt Chris “Stradders” Stradling.
Venue: RAF Museum Midlands, Cosford
Our Guest speakers are both highly experienced former Tornado aircrew with over 8,000 hours between them with combat experience in both Gulf Wars and Afghanistan. “Stradders” alone has over 6,000 hours, the most of any aircrew on the Panavia Tornado.

AVRO 7 Event
An evening in conversation with ex Vulcan and Test Pilot, Sqn Ldr Martin Pitt QCVSA.
Martin will discuss his operational career with 27 Sqn flying Avro Vulcans in the MRR (Maritime Radar Reconnaissance) role hunting down Soviet Naval forces throughout the Atlantic, Baltic and Mediterranean seas. He will also discuss his extension test flying career with such highlights as being the first Vulcan pilot to fire the AGM-45 Shrike Missile.
